This Modern Garage brought life back to this Lake Geneva property. The clients had a vision of a modern garage and that is what we delivered. This three car garage comes with all the gadgets you could think of. It includes: a full bath, an upstairs loft, a kitchenette, double pane windows, bamboo flooring, custom railing, electric car charging station, and even snow melting mats under the walkway to the house! In regards to the garages efficiency it includes a 7kW solar panel system on the roof that can directly charge the electric car. The modified ZIP walls fall in line with our Better level wall system with an upgrade to spray foam walls and ceiling. This affects the air sealing and creates a tighter building overall.
