Lauren brings her love of residential design and a unique perspective to the PEA team. Her computer drafting skills will shine as she molds your dreams into beautiful 3d renderings. She will also be your primary guide as you maneuver through the selection process.

Unique Construction Manager position with the opportunity to be involved in a growing segment of the industry—sustainable custom homes.

Responsibilities: Utilize CoConstruct project management software to manage job schedules, set up and bid projects, enter selections/change orders, do takeoffs/estimating, visit job sites for progress checks, meet with trade partners/suppliers, and deliver materials to the site.

Jessy has been valuable part of the PEA Team for many years. She may be your first point of contact, scheduling a phone call or in-person meeting. She will handle bank draws, coordinate finances, and you may even find her assisting on your job site. Having grown up in the building business, she understands the process as if it were in her blood : )

Concordia University Graduate

Kristin joined the PEA Team in 2018 after a career change (ask about her English degree and Environmental Science minor). She is a naturally gifted carpenter, particularly specializing in finish details. Kristin will turn your house into a truly unique home with her outstanding craftsmanship.

During the day, Chris is a commercial architect, but off-hours he collaborates on many of our projects. He is our go-to for enhancing exterior architectural details, where his love of classic architecture takes center stage.

The PEA Builders Team would not be complete without our talented trades such as plumbing, electrical and heating. Most of these are small, family-owned companies that have partnered with us for many years. They are personally invested in making sure their work is of superior quality, with many of them highly experienced in sustainable building.
