Steve is personally involved in each project from day one. He researches new products and methods, designs, estimates and oversees our project manager and subcontractors.

Kristin joined the PEA Team in 2018 after a career change (ask about her English degree). She is a naturally gifted carpenter, particularly specializing in finish details.

Opportunity for someone who prides themselves on their organization skills and ability to multi-task. Unique position with a sustainable design/build firm who creates beautiful, custom homes.

Responsibilities: Keep projects on track by working with Project Manager and trade partners, involved in bid process and project set-up through project management software, enter selections and change orders, make Quickbooks entries, assist with office management and sales leads.

Part time employee, Jessy has been part of the PEA Team for many years. She’s a valuable asset, as she can fill many roles. Bookkeeper and Office Manager are her primary responsibilities.

WCTC Architectural Drafting/Construction Technology/Interior Design

Currently a full time student, Malory joins the PEA Design Team part time to convert ideas into drawings utilizing our 3D software. Her previous experience in the field and passion for custom residential design are an asset.

Chris is an architect outside of our firm, yet he plays a major role in the beauty of our projects. He collaborates with Steve to make designs unique and functional. His attention to detail and love of classic architecture come through in every home.

The PEA Builders Team would not be complete without our talented trades such as plumbing, electrical and heating. Most of these are small, family-owned companies that have partnered with us for many years. They are personally invested in making sure their work is of the highest quality.
