Mary, VP/Sales/Finance Manager

Early career in a Milwaukee design firm as well as sales/marketing experience.
You may meet Mary early in the process, as she will walk you through the benefits of our design/build system . She also uses her years of experience to oversee interior design and manage finances.
Steve, President/Lead Designer/Project Manager
Architectural Degree; UW-Milwaukee
Construction industry experience since 1990.
Steve will be personally involved in your project from day one. He researches new products and methods, designs, estimates and oversees our projects and subcontractors.
Lauren, Designer/Selection Coordinator
Interior Architecture & Design Degree; Concordia University
Lauren brings her love of residential design and a unique perspective to the P.E.A. team. Her computer drafting skills will shine as she molds your dreams into beautiful 3d renderings. She will also be your primary guide as you maneuver through the selection process.
Chad, Construction Manager
Chad oversees each project, making sure that all aspects of construction are running smoothly. He sets the schedule, works with our trade partners on site, ensures materials are delivered and overall quality is to P.E.A. Builders’ standards. His background as a custom residential rough carpenter/business owner, as well as project manager, provides him with the necessary “tools” to bring the unique design of your home to life.
Jessy, Office Manager
Wisconsin Lutheran College Graduate
Jessy has been a valuable part of the P.E.A. Team for many years. She may be your first point of contact, scheduling a phone call or an in-person meeting. She will handle bank draws, coordinate finances, and you may even find her assisting on your job site. Having grown up in the building business, she understands the process as if it were in her blood : )
Kristin, Lead Finish Carpenter
Concordia University Graduate
Kristin joined the P.E.A. Team in 2018 after a career change (ask about her English degree and Environmental Science minor). She is a naturally gifted carpenter, particularly specializing in finish details. Kristin will turn your house into a truly unique home with her outstanding craftsmanship.
Jenae, Project Coordinator
Jenae spends her days immersed in our project management software. She supports the field team by assisting with job schedule management, project set up and bidding, documentation of selections/change orders and material ordering. Her organizational skills and years of experience in the building industry ensure that the details of your project come together flawlessly.
Riley, Marketing Coordinator
Communication Degree; Wisconsin Lutheran College
Riley originally joined the P.E.A. team in 2019; she now works part-time while raising her young family. She uses her creative talents to highlight and promote our company through social media, email marketing and advertising.
