This was a moderate exterior remodel to solve some water issues the home was having in the front entry. The solution also provided a more definite and dramatic exposure to the front door by extending a covered porch out from behind the garage. Work included:

Extended Front entry porch: It's now clear where the front entry is when approaching from the drive up to the home.
Stamped Concrete: The concrete under the new front porch is a stonelike stamped concrete which also has exit points to the side yard.
Dimmable recessed lighting: New lighting in the front porch helps direct visitors.
New roof: The old shingles were removed from the entire home and replaced with beautiful dimensional shingles. |
